Water hyacinth seagrass is a natural, handmade, untreated product. To avoid any deterioration of your furniture, we recommended that you minimise its exposure to sunlight and moisture, and that its environment is dry and well-ventilated.
Rotate any cushions periodically, and vacuum the woven parts with a soft brush attachment.

We may require assistance for our drivers when delivering heavier items of furniture, such as larger benches and tables, or when access to the property is restricted. Smaller items, such as cushions and Teak Care products, will be dispatched via a national delivery service.
What is meant by ‘Pre-Order’?
Pre-ordering means ordering an item that is currently not in stock. The advantage of pre-ordering is that the item is ‘ring-fenced’ for delivery to yourself as soon as it comes in stock.
If a product is temporarily out-of-stock, it will be stated clearly, as the usual ‘Add to Basket’ button will be replaced by a ‘Pre-Order’ button. Additionally, once the item has been selected, a date displayed indicates when the item is scheduled to arrive into our warehouse. We deliver throughout the country, over a 2-week cycle, therefore, depending on your delivery postcode, you should receive your order between 1 to 14 days from the scheduled date.
