The legality of the teak in our products is assured through Indonesia's national timber legality assurance system (SVLK) and FLEGT licensing scheme. FLEGT-licensed timber is considered to fully comply with the EU Timber Regulation (EUTR). EUTR 995/2010 prohibit illegally harvested timber and timber-based products from being placed onto European markets.

We fulfil most of our deliveries with our own vehicle fleet and trained drivers in order to maintain a high level of customer service and to minimise damage in transit. By limiting our deliveries to mainland England, Wales and parts of Scotland on a bi-weekly basis, we are able to offer an efficient service to the majority of the population.

We may require assistance for our drivers when delivering heavier items of furniture, such as larger benches and tables, or when access to the property is restricted. Smaller items, such as cushions and Teak Care products, will be dispatched via a national delivery service.
What is meant by ‘Pre-Order’?
Pre-ordering means ordering an item that is currently not in stock. The advantage of pre-ordering is that the item is ‘ring-fenced’ for delivery to yourself as soon as it comes in stock.
If a product is temporarily out-of-stock, it will be stated clearly, as the usual ‘Add to Basket’ button will be replaced by a ‘Pre-Order’ button. Additionally, once the item has been selected, a date displayed indicates when the item is scheduled to arrive into our warehouse. We deliver throughout the country, over a 2-week cycle, therefore, depending on your delivery postcode, you should receive your order between 1 to 14 days from the scheduled date.
