I am writing to say thanks to your fantastic van driver who has complete devotion to duty I am no longer as disappointed and very thankful to now be in possession of the parts needed to fix my broken chairs. I have to say, to still be delivering in dreadful conditions at this time in the evening is really amazing and he deserves several medals. He is indeed the same driver who went beyond the call of duty last year and delivered my chairs after someone else’s error meant I only received cushions to sit on. Just to add my disappointment was only due in part to the non arrival of these fixings but thanks to the great service and very personable manner of your driver I feel much happier.
