TO PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE

To place an order directly from this web site with complete security, follow these easy steps:

  • Simply browse through our catalogue using the search facilities on the left of the page.
  • When you find an item of interest, click on the image to view a larger picture and read additional product information.
  • Select the quantity, size and /or colour you require and then click on "Add to my basket". Then either:
  • Click "Continue Shopping" to confirm your order for the selected item and return to the Shop.
  • Tick the "Remove" box and click the "Update" button if you wish to cancel your order for a selected item.
  • Change the "Quantity" and click the "Update" button if you want additional or less items.
  • Or, if you've completed your shopping, simply click on "Checkout now".
  • If you click on "Checkout now" your shopping basket will appear with your new selection and any other items selected. Follow the instructions on the screen, ensuring that all highlighted fields are completed.
  • If you click on "Continue Shopping" you will return to the shop. When you have completed your shopping, simply click on "Checkout now" or "checkout" on the menu bar across the top of the page and follow the instructions on the screen.
  • At the end of the Checkout process, a confirmation of your order will appear on screen. Print this receipt for your records.
  • A confirmation of your order will also be e-mailed to you. If you do not receive this, please contact us by email or by telephone on 0845 6789 890 (local rate) or 020 8655 6240 (STD).

TO PAY FOR YOUR ORDER

We accept online payment in a secure environment with Visa and Mastercard credit cards, as well as Switch and Solo debit cards. If you prefer not to send your credit card details via the Internet, you may call us directly at the following telephone or fax number below to complete your order.

Please note, we are unable to accept Visa Electron, Diners Card or American Express.


All our prices are displayed in sterling, but we accept credit card payments from anywhere in the world.


We do not accept payment by credit card in cases where the goods are to be released to a third party. For example, customers who would like a courier to collect their order from our premises should send payment by electronic bank transfer, not by credit card.


Customers who would like to collect the goods themselves may pay by credit card but they must bring their credit card with them and pay using chip and pin verification.
